About Word of Life Portugal
We are focused on evangelism and discipleship of the next generation. We do this through camps, local church ministry, leadership training, children and teen discipleship programs, evangelism outreach, and music ministry. The main vision is to grow in authentic relationships, leadership development, and mobilization.

This year we are celebrating 45 years of ministry! We are so grateful to our founders, Larry and Cindi Bollback, as well as Dave and Patricia West and the many other missionaries, campers, bible institute students, local churches and financial partners that have played such a special part of these 45 years.
Our heartbeat today is the same as it’s always been: reaching youth with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our mission as a staff are:
- Authentic Relationships
- Leadership Development
- Mobilization
This past year of COVID has brought some very unsettling times. We need your help to continue stewarding this property for camps and retreats.
- New playground installation.
- Electrical upgrades.
- Pool preparations.
- Several Maintenence projects.
